Born in the mid eighties in a Northamptonshire town, It was soon clear that Louise was at her happiest when drawing and creating. This led to a colourful school experience with Art as her most rewarding subject. College days were spent on an Art Foundation Course followed by an Honours degree in Fine Art at Loughborough University where she graduated in 2006.

From University she landed straight into private commisions, competition short lists and today successfully selling her paintings in galleries.

Louise works from her studio to create paintings and drawings of various styles, using different techniques and experimenting with different mediums. Her most recent works are abstract cityscapes which play with light and texture. The imagination based skylines mirror her love of fantasy and play, but also show her love for the ocean. Wave like shapes are juxtaposed with skyscrapers.
